Visionary Planning Workshop This two-day workshop provides a facilitated process to: Create an inspiring and shared organizational vision Develop a values driven mission and purpose Define balanced scorecard based objectives Build an aligned learning organization to implement the vision Assessments will be conducted prior to the workshop to determine current learning organization capabilities and alignment, and leadership team behavioral styles. Strategic Alignment Workshop This two-day workshop follows the Visionary Planning Workshop.
